The house is on Ridge Road and is convenient for shops and cafes in Oneroa and is close to two beaches and a couple of vineyards. With a modern kitchen, a sun room and patio, it is very comfortable to live in this sunny house, which has small views of the sea.
From the house, it is a 20-minute walk (or 5-minute bus ride) down to the 35-minute ferry to Auckland. It is also possible to walk up Church Bay Road to the Mudbrick Winery and Restaurant -- the house is near to Mako Street on their map -- or to walk up Korora Road to Peninsula Estates. (You might want to get a taxi coming home.)
It is also just a short walk to Blackpool and Oneroa beaches.
