Long-term or short-term 2 bedroom, 1 office, wood-panelled house. The house is convenient for shops and cafes in Oneroa and is close to two beaches and a couple of vineyards. With a modern kitchen, a sun room and patio, it is very comfortable to live in this sunny house, which has small views of the sea. The furniture is modest (Ikea etc.).
The house is available for long-term rentals (minimum two months) at $NZ 325 per week and short term lets (minimum two nights) starting at $NZ 100 per night.
From the house, it is a 20-minute walk (or 5-minute bus ride) down to the 35-minute ferry to Auckland. It is also possible to walk up Church Bay Road to the Mudbrick Winery and Restaurant -- the house is near to Mako Street on their map -- or to walk up Korora Road to Peninsula Estates. (You might want to get a taxi coming home.)
It is also just a short walk to Blackpool and Onerao beaches.
